Creating Litoria and her Wetland Friends
Teisha Sloane-Lay is the author of Litoria and her Wetland Friends. As a zoologist, wildlife ecologist and Forest and Wildlife Officer, Teisha is passionate about environmental education and awareness.
Teisha and I met through our love of amphibians and reptiles, at an Australian Society of Herpetologists conference. We had both worked on Growling Grass Frogs previously, a vulnerable frog found across south-eastern Australia. We combined our talents to bring the wonderful world of Litoria and her Wetland Friends to life, and hope it sparks children’s curiosity and love for our natural world!
