Parcels are sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please. When a range of items are purchased postage costs are calculated by size and/or weight. For print and greeting card orders, mailing tubes and rigid enveloped are used. The shipping costs will be estimated at checkout and you can choose which option works best for you.

Currently, automated international shipping includes the U.S.A only. I hope to expand the options provided at checkout as time and resources permit.

If you are outside of Australia and the U.S.A (or want to send it to someone who is) and would like an estimate of shipping costs please reach out. Although not currently automated at checkout, I can post packages to other destinations.

Items are not returnable unless they are damaged or faulty. If you receive damaged post please reach out!

Print on Demand orders are submitted directly to the publishers where the book is printed and shipped straight to the customer. Printing times depend on the book. Softcover have a quicker turn around time and are usually dispatched within 5 days. Hardcover take longer and may not be dispatched for 10 business days.
